The Nurecover Pod Ice bath is a 'fully-portable' insulated pod, incorporating 4 layers of thermal insulated TPE protection that keeps the water at a steady temperature.

In fact, after long-term testing just using regular tap water, we've found you don't even need to add ice, your cold tap water is effective! You will benefit from cold water therapy at a steady water temperature of 15°C degrees or below when set up outside.
